I provide evidence-based, individualised psychology services to help my clients make meaningful changes in their lives. I am a registered Clinical Psychologist and Board-Approved Supervisor, with a special interest in Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
My approach to therapy is warm, empathic and genuine, and I strive to tailor my treatments to each individual client in order to provide the best possible outcomes. My goal is to help my clients to build the skills and insights they need to lead a more fulfilling life.

I hold full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (PSY0002026885), and have an area of practice endorsement (AoPE) in Clinical Psychology. I am a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA) and the International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST).
